Cherry Nut Bread
Cherry Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. buttermilk, 1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed for 15 seconds.
Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Stir in drained cherries.
Pour into pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Immediately remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Garnish top of bread with cherries and sliced candied pineapple if desired.
