Cherry Kucha
Cherry Kucha is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. margarine and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
Cut in margarine with blender.
Set aside 1 cup of the crumb mixture.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk and vanilla.
Add this mixture to larger crumb mixture and mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spoon pie filling on top.
Sprinkle with cup of reserved crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
