Cherry Ice Cream
Cherry Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 2 c. sugar, 4 tsp. flour, pinch of salt and 4 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scale 1 quart milk.
Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Add beaten eggs.
Add this mixture to milk and cook until it coats a spoon. Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add vanilla.
Let cool.
Add evaporated milk and half and half.
Add cherry pie filling and freeze.
