Cherry-Go-Round
Cherry-Go-Round is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. combined pineapple juice and water, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry jello, 2 (no. 2) cans cherry pie filling, 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained and 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat pineapple juice and water to boiling.
Add jello and stir to dissolve.
Cool gelatin mixture until slightly thickened.
Beat until fluffy.
Fold in pie filling, pineapple and marshmallows. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
May garnish with swirl or whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Yields 12 servings.
