Cherry Enchiladas
Cherry Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cherry pie filling, 12 flour tortillas, 1 1/2 butter, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt butter.
Add sugar, water and vanilla.
Warm tortillas. Place one teaspoon of filling on tortilla and roll up.
Place each rolled up tortilla on 9 x 13-inch baking pan, sprayed with Pam. Pour mixture of butter, sugar, water and vanilla on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
