Cherry Crunch
Cherry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. graham crackers, rolled fine, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. butter, melted and 1 qt. of 2 cans sour cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter; mix crackers, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Pat 3/4 cup in bottom and sides of large buttered pan.
Mix cornstarch and 1 1/4 cups sugar.
Add to cherries.
Cook until thick and clear. Pour over crumb mixture in pan.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 3/4 cup sugar.
Spread over cherries.
Cover with remaining crumb mixture and bake 35 minutes at 375Β°.
