Cherry Crunch
Cherry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine (soft), 2 c. flour (plain), 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft) and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix margarine, flour and pecans with your hands.
Press into bottom of baking dish.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour; cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
Fold in Cool Whip and lightly spread on baked pecan mixture.
Add 2 drops of food coloring to cherry pie filling and spread this on top of Cool Whip.
Place in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
