Cherry Crunch
Cherry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 3 cans tart pie cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt oleo in 9 x 13 pan.
Mix 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour and baking powder with melted oleo.
Reserve 1/2 mixture.
Pat the rest in bottom of pan.
Drain cans of cherries, putting juice in pot with 2 cups sugar and 3 tablespoons flour, mixed.
Put cherries on top of crunch.
Cook juice until slightly thickened. Pour over top of cherries.
Add additional crunch and bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
