Cherry Crunch
Cherry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. quick cooking oats, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
Mix oats, flour and sugar.
Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Spoon half of the mixture into prepared pan.
Top with pie filling.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
