Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate or 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine milk, Bisquick mix, sugar and softened margarine until smooth.
Pour half of ingredients into baking dish.
Pour cherry pie filling into dish.
Add remaining batter.
Sprinkle with Topping.
