Cherry Crunch

Mix margarine, flour and nuts together until moist.
Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread on top of cooled crust.
