Cherry Crunch
Cherry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. oleo, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix brown sugar, oleo, 2 tablespoons flour and walnuts.
Set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs.
Gradually add sugar, beating after each addition.
Stir in melted oleo.
Add flour mixture, alternately with milk.
Beat until smooth.
Spread 1/2 of batter in greased 9-inch pan.
Spoon pie filling over batter.
Cover with remaining batter.
Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over top and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
