Cherry Crumb Cake
Cherry Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter and/or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix with sugar.
Cut in butter; add beaten egg and mix to make crumbs.
Place 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Distribute cherries evenly and top with remaining crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 30 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or other topping. Sprinkle crumbs lightly with cinnamon.
