Cherry Crumb Cake
Cherry Crumb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 3 c. flour, sifted, 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar and 1 can or jar cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine baking soda, flour, sugar and butter (cut into small pieces) to make crumbs.
Put into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish or pan. Save 1 1/2 cups crumbs for top.
Put cherries on top of crumbs. Top with the 1 1/2 cups crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° until brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
(Pan is better to bake in.)
Cut into squares.
