Cherry Crisp
Cherry Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or topping, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Pour cherry pie filling into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
Stir in almond extract.
Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well.
Stir with fork until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in walnuts and coconut.
Sprinkle mixture over cherry pie filling.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until golden on top and filling is bubbly.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
