Cherry Cranberry Salad
Cherry Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and 3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine gelatin and sugar.
Add water; stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Stir in pineapple, cranberries, apples, celery and walnuts.
Pour into a 2 quart serving bowl; chill until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
