Mix 1 cup flour, margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread in an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spread over top of baked pastry.
No need to cool.
Bake another 25 minutes.
Cool and cut.
