Cherry Cobbler
Cherry Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 c. milk and 2 c. fresh cherries,pitted or 1 (20 oz.) can pitted sour cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to margarine in a deep-dish pie pan.
In one bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar, flour and milk.
In another bowl, mix 1/2 sugar and fruit.
Pour batter into pie pan with melted butter.
Add fruit.
Do not mix.
Bake for 1 hour. Serves 6.
