Cherry Chicken
Cherry Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 broiler-fryer, cut up, margarine for browning, 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, 1/2 c. dry white wine and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet brown chicken in margarine for 10 minutes on each side.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Drain off excess margarine.
Combine pie filling, wine, orange juice, brown sugar, salt and spices.
Pour over browned chicken.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
