Cherry Bounce
Cherry Bounce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sweet cherries, 2 lb. hard rock candy (unflavored), 2 each 1/5 bottles of crobys whiskey and large glass jar with lid (restaurant size pickle jar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make in summertime end of June when sweet cherries are in season.
Put cherries in large glass jar; add hard candy and whiskey.
Let set in a cool dark place until Christmas.
Strain and put back into whiskey bottles.
Can use over ice or mix a shot of Cherry Bounce with 7-Up.
Very good.
