Cherry Bounce
Cherry Bounce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sweet cherries, 2 lb. hard rock candy (unflavored), 2 each 1/5 bottles of crobys whiskey and large glass jar with lid (restaurant size pickle jar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Make in summertime end of June when sweet cherries are in season.
Put cherries in large glass jar; add hard candy and whiskey.
Let set in a cool dark place until Christmas.
Strain and put back into whiskey bottles.
Can use over ice or mix a shot of Cherry Bounce with 7-Up.
