Cherry Berry Mold
Cherry Berry Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, 1 1/4 c. ice cubes, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. boiling water and 1 can whole cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin thickens.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Break up cranberry sauce with a fork.
Stir into gelatin.
Fold in sour cream until it is marbled into gelatin mixture.
Pour into a 6-cup oiled mold.
(I use Pam spray.)
Chill for at least 4 hours. Unmold on bed of endive and serve.
