Cheesy Vegetables
Cheesy Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with . frozen vegetables (california blend is best), velveeta cheese slices, stack ritz or similar crackers, crushed and oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil vegetables until just tender; drain well and put in shallow casserole dish (approximately 8 x 8-inch).
Salt and pepper vegetables.
Place slices of Velveeta cheese to cover top of all vegetables.
Make crumb topping of oleo and crackers. Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until mealtime.
