Cheesy Rotini
Cheesy Rotini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. rotini, uncooked, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and broken up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.
In a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, drain excess fat.
Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes; remove from heat, stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and rotini.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake covered in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
