Cheesy Rotini
Cheesy Rotini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. rotini (uncooked), 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small pepper, chopped, 1/2 medium or small onion, chopped and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and broken up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rotini and drain.
Cook beef, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until brown.
Drain.
Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish, top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake covered in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
