Cheesy Rotini
Cheesy Rotini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. rotini, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1/2 medium or small onion, chopped and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook rotini.
In large skillet cook ground beef, green pepper and onions.
Cook until beef is done; drain grease and add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk, 1 cup Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake covered in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
