Cheesy Potatoes
Cheesy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 cups grated cheddar cheese and 1 carton (1 pint) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook potatoes with skins on. Boil until tender.
Peel and grate.
Salt to taste. Cook margarine and cheese together in a large pan until melted. Add sour cream. Stir well.
Stir in potatoes until well mixed.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
