Cheesy Potatoes
Cheesy Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 6 c. potato flakes or buds, 7 1/2 c. milk, 1 stick margarine and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat the milk, margarine, salt, pepper and onion to near boiling.
Transfer this mixture to a large mixing bowl.
Add the cream cheese and potato flakes.
Mix with a mixer until all is blended and potatoes are soupy.
They'll thicken up as they bake. Cover top of potatoes with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350Β°, uncovered.
Can stay in longer if covered.
Serves 8 to 10.
