Cheesy Parmesan Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium size potatoes, peeled and quartered, 3/4 c. parmesan grated cheese, 1/2 c. flour and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cheese, flour, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add potatoes and toss until well coated.
In 13 x 9-inch pan, coat bottom with a mixture of oil and margarine.
Add potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
