Cheesy Mac Chili
Cheesy Mac Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 3/4 c. water and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, water, celery, macaroni, chili powder and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until celery and macaroni are tender.
Stir in kidney beans. Simmer until thoroughly heated.
Spoon chili into serving bowls. Cut cheese slices into 4 servings.
