Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups
Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tsp. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 c. skim milk and 1/2 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat margarine in saucepan.
Whisk in flour.
Gradually stir in broth, milk and basil.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in Parmesan and ham.
Steam onion until tender.
Mix onion, zucchini, carrot, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and egg whites.
Spread 1/4 cup of this mixture over each noodle. Roll up firmly.
Spread 1 cup sauce in 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Arrange rolls, seam side down, in dish.
Cover with sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 to 20 minutes more.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
