Cheesy Lasagna
Cheesy Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine beef, onion and green pepper in a large skillet; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
Drain off drippings.
Add next 5 ingredients; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese; mix well.
Layer half of each: the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
