Cheesy Hash Browns
Cheesy Hash Browns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 thawed bag hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt 1 stick margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread hash browns on top of melted margarine.
Mix soup, sour cream, onion (optional) and cheese together in a bowl, then spread mixture on top of potatoes.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in bowl, then add the crushed corn flakes together; sprinkle over top.
