Cheesy Hash Browns
Cheesy Hash Browns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns (southern style potatoes), 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Spread mixture into 13 x 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and top mixture evenly.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
