Cheesy Garlic Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 c. thinly sliced green onion, with tops, 3 cloves garlic, minced and 1 loaf french bread (about 20 inches), halved lengthwise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions and garlic.
Spread on bread halves.
If desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Wrap each half in foil.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or freeze.
