Cheesy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 c. shredded carrots, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 c. stove top stuffing mix and 1/3 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring water, carrots and butter to a boil in saucepan.
Stir in Stove Top mix; cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Place chicken in greased baking dish.
Top with stuffing.
Mix sour cream and cheese; spoon over stuffing.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
