Cheesy Chicken
Cheesy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, halved, 1/3 c. flour, 1/4 lb. margarine, 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk and 1 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In shallow dish, place flour.
In large, shallow baking pan, place margarine and insert in heated oven until melted.
Dip chicken, one piece at a time, in flour, turning to coat, then place, skin side down, in margarine in baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in 425Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
