Cheesy Chicken
Cheesy Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with boneless chicken breasts (8), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 cubes margarine or butter, 1 pkg. swiss cheese and bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Take skin off chicken.
Slice cream cheese and Swiss cheese into 1-inch slices.
Slice butter into pats.
Place 1 slice cream cheese, Swiss cheese and butter in middle of chicken breast.
Roll up over cheeses and wrap a slice of bacon around outside.
Place in baking dish.
Any extra cheese and butter can lay on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bacon is brown.
