Cheesy Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans sliced carrots (can use fresh, cooked), 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1/2 stick butter, melted, 1 stick butter and 3 slices bread (1 slice per can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt 1 stick butter and cheese (separately) in microwave; drain carrots and add to cheese in 1-quart casserole.
Crumble bread into the melted butter.
Sprinkle bread over carrots.
