Cheesie Veggies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen veggies, thawed, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 tube ritz crackers, crushed (or butter flavor crackers), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt 1/4 c. margarine and velveeta cheese which has been cubed.
Pour cheese over veggies; stir.
Now melt remaining margarine.
Add crushed crackers to coat.
Sprinkle over veggie/cheese mixture.
