Cheesey Mashed Potatoes
Cheesey Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. hot mashed potatoes, 1/4-1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp. seasoning salt, 1/2 c. sour cream and velveeta cheese, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash potatoes and season to your liking.
Add the onion powder, seasoning salt, and sour cream; mix.
Put half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, then add some cheese and cracker crumbs.
Add the rest of the potatoes, and put remaining cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese has melted and is heated through.
This can be made a day ahead, cover, and refrigerate.
Take out of refrigerator, and let sit at room temperature about a half hour before baking.
