Cheesecake Pie
Cheesecake Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 eggs, 1/8 tsp. almond extract (may omit) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat cream cheese until light and creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Add sugar, almond extract and vanilla.
Beat until smooth, thick and lemon colored, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Scrape outer edge of bowl.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
When cool, spoon cherry pie filling on top.
(May use blueberries, strawberries or whatever.)
