Cheesecake Pie
Cheesecake Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 box graham crackers, 1 stick margarine, melted, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk and 1/3 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush crackers and add to melted margarine.
Pat into 9 inch pie plate, lining sides and bottom and sides, saving 1/4 cup for top.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 7 - 8 minutes.
