Cheesecake Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs, 1 can cherry pie filling and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line 24 muffin tins with paper liners.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla in bowl.
Spoon enough mixture in tins to half fill.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cool; top with the pie filling.
