Cheesecake is an impressive dinner. Made with 24 graham crackers (crushed)(save some for top), 1/2 c. melted butter, 2 (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese, 2 eggs (separated) and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

1. Pour cherry liquid into heavy suacepan. Add margarine, powdered sugar, and raisins. Stir to dissolve sugar.

Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and pour into large mixing bowl. Let mix cool completely.

3. Sift flour and spices. Mix 1/2 c. flour and gumdrops.

Add dry ingredients to raisin mix. Fold in gumdrops, drained cherries, and nuts. Blend well.

4. Spray (2) 9 x 5 x 3 loave pans. Pour into pans. Bake at at 350Β° for 40-50 minutes. Let cool in pans for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool. Let sit overnight before slicing.
