Cheesecake
Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Blend in a large mixing bowl the sugar, flour, cream cheese, vanilla and lemon juice; blend well.
Beat in eggs and egg yolks one at a time.
Add whipping cream and beat well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured pans.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes and then lower to 250° and bake for approximately 1 hour.
