Cheeseburger Rice
Cheeseburger Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. catsup and 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.
Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice; cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
