Cheeseburger Rice
Cheeseburger Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. catsup and 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff rice with fork and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve as a main dish with salad.
Serves 4.
