Cheeseburger Pockets
Cheeseburger Pockets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 (12 oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a skillet, cook beef, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until no longer pink.
Drain and cool.
Place 2 biscuits overlapping on a floured surface.
Roll out into 5-inch oval.
Place 3 tablespoons meat mixture on one side.
Fold a cheese slice to fit over meat mixture.
Fold dough over filling.
Press edges with a fork to seal.
Repeat with remaining biscuits, meat mixture and cheese.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Prick tops with a fork.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
