Cheeseburger Pie
Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. baking mix, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix 1 cup of baking mix and the water until soft dough forms; beat 20 strokes.
Gently smooth dough into ball on floured board.
Knead 5 times.
Roll dough 2 inches larger than your pie plate.
Ease into plate.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion until brown.
Drain.
Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of baking mix and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon into pie crust.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
